Currently, the Arlo platform includes one opt-in AI service:
Elearning Content
Elearning Content is a feature designed to help you create course material faster. It uses AI to support content drafting, edits, and structure suggestions—all based on the information you provide.
- You’re in control. This feature is entirely optional. You choose when to use it.
- Your data stays yours. The AI only processes the course information you input. It does not access any other data in your account
We’ll keep you updated as we roll out more AI features—always with a focus on transparency and giving you control.
Your inputs, your responsibility
Because Elearning Content uses large language models, the outputs depend on the information you provide. While it can save you time and offer inspiration, it’s important to review and refine the content it generates. You’re responsible for making sure the final output is accurate and meets your needs.
How We Handle Your Data
Here’s our commitment:
- We don’t use your data to train our AI models. Any content you generate with our tools stays within your account.
- We don’t allow our AI providers to use your content to train their models.
- We never sell your data. Ever.
We process the inputs you provide while using the Elearning Content feature solely to help you generate training materials. That’s it.
We also use non-personal usage metrics to understand how our tools are performing and make them better for everyone.
And just to be clear:
This AI Service Statement is designed to give you extra clarity about how our AI tools work. Our Privacy Policy still applies to all services we provide. You’ll find more details there, including a list of our subprocessors and how we protect your personal data across the board.
AI Technology Partners
To provide our AI capabilities, we use established infrastructure and technology providers including OpenAI and Google. If this changes, we’ll let you know here or directly on the platform.

We’ll keep this page up to date as our AI features evolve. If we introduce new tools or change how they work, we’ll make sure you’re informed with clear, timely updates.
